I Am Wondering ...

If I offered a cd containing all of the photos I have posted on TheMaleSack from day one for a donation of $20 or more, would you be interested?

you dont own the copy rights to these pictures, many belong to private porn studios.

Again, IF I do this, no one is forcing anyone to make the donation. The photos are free, just as this site is. I just thought it would be something people wanted. I would be covering shipping so maybe $20 is too high. Maybe $10 or more ...

the photos are free because you take them (steal?) from other sites. you don't have permission to take them, so you certainly don't have permission to sell them. get a job.

All of the above posts are correct. Copyright law prevents you from selling and distributing without written permission from the copyright holder any image you do not own the rights to distribute. That includes by the way posting them on an internet site so you are already in violation which is why sites go up and down like dicks as rightful owners take action.

If you want to distribute any product, even one picture, you have massive amounts of work to do to gain permission. The request would likely end your fun or seriously limit what you can post.

Why do you think guys end up selling cum stained underwear? That is what they own.

I appreciate your feedback, however, I am NOT selling the photos. I am giving them away FREE to those that donate to the site. I know I don't own the photos and I have NEVER taken credit for ANY of them. Again, the donation is for the site and because a person likes it. The photos are a FREE bonus.

Jason dude... look up the word distribution. You can't seriously not understand what you propose is illegal on many levels. If you want your site to remain for as long as you can hide out from Blogger goons, don't set yourself up in a trap certain to get your site taken down.

Whether you charge for it or give it away for free, making unauthorized copies of protected media and distributing it in any form is prohibited. Copying it for your own amusement is not unless you attempt to distribute. It is a really basic principle you must learn. If you want to sell things, develop your own products. Set up links to gay toy sites an work out a profit deal. Don't set up a trap and then step on it. Foolish.
