A Change In Direction ...

The past week or so I have been contemplating my life and which direction I want it to go. I finally decided to take the first steps to pursuing my dream job ... becoming a chef! I made an appt. for a tour of the Culinary Academy here in SF and am heading there this afternoon. Am pretty psyched about this. I have wanted to do this for many, many years. And now with the school being so close to work, timing could not be better! My only concern is tuition. Hopefully I can get grants and stuff. So here's looking forward to be a brighter future!
